Return & Refund Policy
Returns will only be offered if there was damage to the jewelry during shipping or if there is a makers defect to the piece.
Please notify me within 24 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your piece.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and must include all original packaging.

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any additional reason, please get in contact with me and we can figure out the best way to resolve the problem.
Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. All jewelry pieces will be delivered via USPS. They will arrive in a padded envelope with an Alexandra Morgan Designs Jewelry box inside. All jewelry arrives with a cleaning cloth to keep your jewelry to its regular shine, and jewelry care instructions on how to keep your jewelry in perfect condition.
